Refund policy

All products found in the online store will be subject to this return policy, with the exception of customized products purchased through different platforms.

1.1 Refund Amount:

Returns can be made as follows as requested by the customer:

  • Returns for purchases through the website can be fully refunded (minus the amount of 140 MXN for shipping costs).
  • For customized products, no refunds or returns apply.
  • A product can be exchanged for an identical one, provided it is justified and falls within the provisions of section "1.1" of this policy.
  • An exchange can be made for another product from the store, either of equivalent or higher value, with the customer only paying the price difference and shipping cost. An equivalent coupon can be provided for the full price of the returned product (including shipping).
  • The refund will be processed once the product has returned to the point of origin and has been inspected to verify its condition.

1.2 Product Return will be subject to the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged or opened.
  • The product does not match the one that was ordered.
  • The product does not meet the expected quality (in the case of customized products, the expected quality cannot be claimed if the design has already been approved; it only applies in cases where the patch is damaged).
Any other reason not specified in the previous paragraphs must be personally communicated and will be subject to evaluation.

    1.3 Return Time:

    The refund will be issued once the product is returned and inspected. Once accepted, the return process can take 2 to 10 days, depending on the type of return requested by the customer.
